I am a licensed mental health counselor and trained psycho-therapist based in Central Florida. I have provided therapy in multiple settings including inpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, schools and home. I make myself available at a lovely, quaint office conveniently located in beautiful Winter Springs, FL.

I typically utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Psycho-Dynamic and Solution Focused approaches to therapy. However I'm very comfortable with a variety of approaches including creative art, holistic wellness, spirituality, interpersonal, family systems and others which best fit the needs of the individual. I take pride in customizing my approaches to best meet the unique personalities of each beautifully, unique person I have the honor to meet.

I work with all ages and most conditions. I have had additional training with Children and Adolescents, grief and loss as well as I have received certification in Trauma related conditions.  I’m available select evenings and try to remain flexible.

For some, it may be scary choosing to start counseling and then finding the right therapist. It is my goal to warmly welcome you. During an initial visit we will meet in an informal manner while still obtaining relevant history. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe.  We will get to know each other, discuss goals and the process of therapy as well as review consents & limitations.
