Making an Appointment Online
This is the easiest and most efficient way to make an appointment. Once you've chosen your therapist and are ready to set an appointment, simply click the SCHEDULE NOW button and follow the prompts.
1. Select a therapist.
2. Select a service (If this is a first time visit, select "Initial Intake")
3. Select a date and time. (White boxes on the calendar are available for scheduling)
4. Register as a new user and finalize your appointment request.
5. Complete your "Intake Packet" paperwork and update your "Demographics and Insurance" account portion online.
You will receive email confirmation that your request has been sent in and your therapist will either confirm or suggest another time. You will receive an appointment reminder the day before your appointment. Keep your login information somewhere safe. You will use it to log into the client portal if you ever need to cancel or reschedule any appointments.
