For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people navigate life's challenges and discover new paths toward healing, growth, and resilience. My experience spans inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, medical, school, and community-based settings, giving me a broad understanding of the many ways life can impact our emotional well-being. Today, I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, grief and loss, burnout, insomnia, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. I believe meaningful healing happens when we care for the whole person, recognizing the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, and sense of purpose. Clients often describe me as compassionate, genuine, and approachable. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. I value diversity in experiences, identities, perspectives, and beliefs, and I strive to provide an affirming environment where every client feels welcomed, respected, and heard. When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me practicing yoga, tending my garden, spending time with family and friends, seeking out outdoor adventures, traveling, or getting lost in a good book.
It is truly an honor to walk alongside others as they heal, grow, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
